My AC stopped working late in the afternoon, gave them a call and they had someone out first thing in the morning to fix it. The repair man introduced himself and asked questions about what I had noticed. Right away he went to work and uncovered my capacitor had gone bad. Replaced and ensured everything worked.
The company personally was very good at answering all the questions I had, they kept on working each one doing their job. The company as a whole is a very outstanding company and the personal are super to work with. The technician was very professional about doing his job checking and cleaning the a/c unit. I will be using this company again on checking and any repairs need for the a/c or heating unit I have & telling anyone who needs a great a/c or heating company to do some work done to call this company. Thanks for the great work done there.
The Comfort Design technicians showed up at my house when they said they would. They left the work area clean each time they left at the end of the day. They made sure we were satisfied with everything they did. They pay attention to details of their work and always did everything like they said they would. You don’t have to worry about the quality of their work or the quality of their products.

Comfort Design did an excellent job!!! We called about a breakdown of our A/C on a very hot day, and they arrived in about 30 minutes. Completed the necessary repairs, checked the system for proper operation, explained some options for improvement. They fixed that also at our request. Darrin was very pleasant and friendly, did a great job, and had everything wrapped up in a reasonable amount of time. We will definitely call them again whenever we need HVAC work!!! We are very pleased with their service, and the house is comfy cozy again. Thank you for your help!!!
Comfort Design (CD) personnel are professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and prompt. I couldn’t ask for better service. They’ve installed a new Heating and Air system and a zonal system for my sun room. They service my systems twice a year without a problem, keeping them it tip-top shape and giving me peace of mind. I highly recommend CD.
